Biography
CLIFFORD EDWARD HIGGINSON :- Born in Salford, Lancashire. Studied at the College of Art and at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Manchester.
Has exhibited at the following galleries in mixed and one-man shows and has work in collections in Australia, Switzerland, Scotland, France and Belgium.

"As well as studio work, I enjoy painting outdoors (plein air). My intention is to try to retain the spontaneity and convey to the viewer a feel of the atmosphere of the scene, as I perceived when I painted it and to explore the relationship between colours used unconventionally, by using familiar scenes in a simplified and non illustrative manner to create my impression of the subject" CEH
